For pool service

A clear pool, a photo, and a report in their inbox.

Pool customers rarely see the tech, so they judge you by the water and the bill. Proof of Route sends them a service report with photos after every visit, keeps gate codes and notes with each property, and turns the month's visits into an invoice they can pay by card.

A report after every visit

When the tech finishes, the customer gets an email with the photos, the checklist and the time on site. No more “did anyone come this week?” calls.

Everything for the stop in one place

Gate codes, dog warnings, equipment notes and the property's checklist are on the crew's phone when they arrive.

Paid without chasing

Invoice the month's visits in one click. Customers pay by card or Apple Pay from the email, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

Questions

Can I record chemical readings?

Use the checklist and notes for each visit: add the checks your techs do, and they tick them off on the phone. They're part of the visit record and the service report.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Reports and invoices arrive by email, and the portal is a website. Customers with an iPhone can use the app if they like.

Can each tech keep their own route?

Yes. Assign properties to a tech or a team, and their day opens in route order. Move a stop and it shows up on the right phone.

What if a tech can't get in?

They add a note and an issue photo on the visit, so the office knows why and can let the customer know.
