Questions
Does it work on a night shift?
Yes. Crews see their own route for the night, in driving order, and the office sees the trucks on the live map, or replays the night the next morning.
Can it show the path a sweeper drove?
Yes. While a visit is in progress, the crew's phone records GPS points on the property, and the trail is shown on the visit's map for you and, if you like, for the customer.
What about porter work on the same property?
Add porter service as its own service with its own checklist. It can be on the same visit or a separate route, priced its own way.
How do I bill property managers?
Pick the finished visits for the month and Proof of Route makes one invoice per property, emails it and lets the customer pay by card. Or export to QuickBooks.
