A landscape crew mowing and trimming at a commercial property

Stop arguing about whether the crew came.

Proof on every visit

Check-in and finish by GPS, time on site, photos and the checklist for that property. One record per visit that nobody can quietly change.

Know which properties pay

Revenue, labor, materials and profit for each property, from the hours your crews really clocked. Find the accounts that take twice as long as you bid.

Schedules that build themselves

Weekly, every other week or monthly: repeating schedules create next week's jobs, so seasonal changes are one edit, not forty.

Questions

Can one property have several services?

Yes. A property can have mowing every week, an irrigation check every month and tree trimming twice a year, each with its own checklist, schedule and price.

Do my crews need to type much?

No. They tap through their stops: on the way, check in, tick the checklist, take the photos, finish. Notes are optional.

Can I see how long each property really takes?

Yes. Time on site comes from the check-in and finish, and job costing adds the clocked hours, drive time and materials, so you can see what each property earns.

We have two-person crews. How does that work?

Put them on a team. The team shares its jobs, whoever starts the visit leads it, and everyone's hours count toward the labor cost.
